一周中最容易出状况的一天概率最高的应该是周五，所以人们常常说“黑色星期五”。

今天培训的主要内容是制作网站，先是大费周折地下载了Frontpage，然后对着教程亦步亦趋，结果发现尽信书不如无书。无知的我碰到未知的网页设计真是眼前一片漆黑。

这样的黑并不可怕，有的是时间还有老谢在讲台上顶着呢。

但是接下来的黑色让我久久不能平静。一时间，我不知道如何去克制心里的不良情绪，但是我知道必须抑制这样的情绪，尽管它让我神经抽搐让我无法平静。我还是忍下来了。

记得有一次在左转弯待转区等待绿灯时，看到一名女子在偌大的路当中失声痛哭，当时天正下着滂沱大雨， 我想她应该很伤心吧。很多时候，面对心里汹涌而来的不良情绪-----也许是悲伤也许是愤怒也许是嫉妒，总之就在那一刻，也许只有短短的几秒钟，我们想抓狂我们想撞墙我们找不到出路，可是那又何尝不是我们必须睁大眼睛正视自己的时候呢？

无须喝得烂醉，不必泼妇骂街，更不要泪流成河，只要再给自己多几分种，我们一定会克制自己的情绪。既然已经悲伤已经愤怒，为什么还要让自己更悲伤更愤怒呢？

起码我们知道以后要远离那些让我们不愉快的人和事。

还是连岳的话，快乐是一件多么唯心的事。如果你决定快乐，那么，你经历的所有事情都是在为你储备快乐，甚至伤害你的人，侮辱你的人，他们的作用只是为了让你以后的快乐更加具有爆炸力。
